Arif learned to cook from his parents, mostly his father, though he credits his mother with his chapati rolling skills.  Now that he’s a parent, Arif finds that getting a decent meal on the table is more complicated, but still possible with some planning and prep work on the weekends.

Arif loves to bake bread, and cook pretty much every type of food he can get ingredients for.  He values local, fresh ingredients, and loves his cast iron pan.
