Two things:
1. I’m doing research for Molly O’Neill for an upcoming “community cookbook” for the whole nation. I’d love to hear your thoughts on what makes MN food great and unique. What are the quintessential recipes that represent MN’s ethnic groups? Do you have recipes passed down through generations that you might like to share with us? Know someone that I just have to get in touch with?
2. Like big Bundts? I do! In honor of Natl Bundt Day on 11/15 I’m hosting a Big Bundt Appreciation Bake-off at my blog, Great American Cooking Project. Winner gets a jar of my homemade apple butter or balsamic ketchup, their choice! Mm-mmm!
