I won’t bore you with the details, but will only say that you probably already have 90% of what you need to make hummus sitting in your pantry right now: chickpeas, salt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and tahini - ok, so you maybe don’t have the tahini.

I also won’t bore you with a recipe - just google it to find oodles of recipes that all pretty much say the same thing - mix the above in proportions that seem sensible and adjust to your liking.

Really - try it, its just too easy and wonderful not to.
